Green Castle Community Portal protects resident information. Public pages show only approved community content such as office-bearer names, public notices, and authorised emergency contacts.
What visitors can see
Unauthenticated visitors may view the landing page, privacy policy, and contact-office information. Private family details, phone numbers of residents, vehicle records, financial balances, and defaulter lists are never shown publicly.
Authenticated access
After login, residents see information according to their roles and permissions. Tenants do not receive community financial statements or defaulter reports.
